Big idea: the first number stays 6, and the answer gets bigger each time.
So if we see 6 + 4, we add 6 more. The answer is 10.
Read each row slowly. Point with your finger if that helps. We want your eyes, ears, and brain to work together.
Read each line: 6 plus something equals the total.

After the answer appears, read the whole sentence aloud:
Six plus one equals 7.
Start with 6 + 1 and go all the way to 6 + 10.

When you add 6, the total gets 6 bigger.
If the second number is 8, then 6 + 8 = 14.
If the second number is 10, then 6 + 10 = 16.
